Brief characteristics: Likes to talk to himself. Due to the strangeness of his character, he can be kind and sympathetic (trying to reduce brute force to a minimum, and act more with words), and can be rude and cruel (can beat D-class personnel to death in the line of duty, accompanied by harsh methods and comments), sarcasticity is characteristic of both characters. Was infected by SCP-3599-A1 during Incident #7391. He suppresses the signs of the disease, as he himself states: “I managed to adapt”. He is humane, although sometimes he shows cruelty, sometimes he talks to himself, he has been noticed for petty thefts from warehouse areas, he admits that he took things for self-defense and to provide medical assistance in case of danger. Does not tolerate psychotropic substances, there was a case when one of the agents replaced his cigarettes with ██████, the result was 6 employees in the medical unit with various injuries, a pogrom in the warehouse, Archi himself almost died.

Agent Indest was subjected to numerous genome changes, irradiation and the introduction of toxins in large doses (More details in interview number 65███), as a result of which his physical characteristics are seriously different from ordinary humans. Here is an overview of one of its 3 forms.
Features of the body
-The development of new limbs that perform the function of wings is observed. The object did not show the ability to fly, but the ability to glide was confirmed.
-MRI of the brain showed significant development of the frontal lobe, which gives the agent an accelerated reaction and the ability to control new limbs, development of the midbrain and occipital lobe, giving enhanced sensory organs (in particular, he can see in almost complete darkness and perceive infrared radiation).
-Heart study shows it pumps blood 3 times faster than a normal heart. In this regard, there are many more vessels in his lungs and the blood is enriched with oxygen much faster.
-There are more blood vessels in the body. This also allows for faster gas exchange.

-The excretory and filtration systems work more efficiently than those of an ordinary person.
-Increased regen factor.

Description of the incident:
Agent Indest exhibited anomalous abilities that, when triggered involuntarily, caused Foundation personnel to suffer great losses. A squad of employees was sent to catch the agent, but ran into several serious problems.
Progress of the incident
While working in Sector 36-A2, Agent Indest transformed into a creature, killed an unknown number of low-level personnel in the lower levels, and attacked Dr. Agumentik and IAD Chief Fluttershy. To catch him, they had to use a neurotoxin, which only stunned the agent. Next, an interrogation took place, during which the interrogated man’s numerous wounds suddenly opened and he had to be sent to the medical bay. There he was implanted with a chip, which was provided by Agent Santiaga. Due to insufficient security measures, Indest managed to escape to the lower levels, killing several employees along the way. Due to the small number of guards in the ranks, the head of the internal security department decided to assemble 2 groups of combat-ready employees, and evacuate the rest to the upper levels. The first group, consisting of Doctor Agumentik and agents Ulther and Elnyakhi, soon managed to find Indest. Dr. Agumentik misinterpreted the actions of the modified agent and opened fire. Fortunately, thanks to Agent Ulter, a military clash was avoided. After this, the groups united and moved up the stairs. About a third of the way back, the squad was attacked by a sudden wave of rats, and headquarters reported that the stairs had collapsed.
Note: Where did the damn rats come from??
The groups had to fight to retreat deeper into the floor, as a result of which the usual escape routes became inaccessible. An urgent decision was made to retreat along the abandoned corridors of the complex. But right while moving along them, water began to flow sharply and the groups were washed away into unexplored dungeons. As a result of several hours of wandering, employees discovered several traces of the Organization’s activities, on the basis of which the Archi engineer assumed that the dungeon belonged to a series of closed laboratories for studying the effects of anomalous materials on living beings in general and people in particular. Suddenly, Indest’s condition deteriorated sharply. Soon after this, the employees managed to leave the dungeons and returned to the studied part of the complex, where they delivered Indest back to the medical bay without incident.
Notes
1. During the incident, a strong master-pet bond was established between Agent Ulther and the modified Agent Indest. It is unknown why this happened. Perhaps Agent Ulther’s mental state has something to do with this.
2. Indest’s aggressiveness in the second clash was an order of magnitude lower than in the first. The physical form was also slightly different. This was probably caused by a brain implant. Study required.
3. Agent Ulther’s hallucinations were much stronger than his usual ones. On several occasions he showed symptoms of being under memetic radiation. Post-incident interviews revealed that the agent did not remember the entire incident. Investigation required.
4. Several anomalous situations, including attacks by unusual rats and sudden structural collapses. Investigation required.
5. The construction workers in the sector performed their work extremely carelessly. All the lower levels are falling apart. I don’t think it’s worth reminding us what we store downstairs.
